蘿蔔糕

年廿七,我與阿妹返阿媽屋企整蘿蔔糕.原來唔太難整,只不過是有一點點麻煩.而我最憎就是冬菇,所以扮哂唔記得落冬菇,我阿妹蒸完先記起冇落冬菇.哈哈!

首先是刨蘿蔔,由於蘿蔔汁液會傷手,皮膚敏感一定要帶手套.隔走蘿蔔汁用來開粘米粉和燸米粉.

炒香腊腸腊肉

加蘿蔔絲再炒

粘米粉和燸米粉
慢慢下粉,手要不停炒,一定不可’痴’底
炒到雙手抽筋就差唔多


放入壓力煲蒸二十分鐘,攪掂!
